Refund Policy

Your deposit helps me hold your booking just for you, so it’s normally non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule and let me know at least 48 hours in advance, I’m happy to move your deposit to a new date.

Changes made within 48 hours of your session mean the deposit is used for that time slot.

If I ever need to cancel or shift your booking, you can choose a full refund or a new date — whatever feels best for you.
