Boundaries, Consent & Professional Ethics
Boundaries & Consent
Consent is central to everything we do.
All sessions and workshops are conducted within clear, communicated, and continually respected boundaries. Consent is always explicit, informed, and ongoing, and participants are encouraged to listen to and honour their own limits at all times.
You are never required to engage in any exercise, practice, or form of touch. Saying no, changing your mind, or pausing a process is always welcome and respected. Our role is to create a safe, supportive container — not to push or persuade.
Educational, Therapeutic & Coaching Frameworks
Our work integrates elements of relationship coaching, somatic education, and therapeutic support.
-
Educational: We teach skills, practices, and awareness tools to support intimacy, communication, and embodied presence.
-
Therapeutic-informed: Sessions may explore emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and nervous system responses in a supportive, trauma-aware way.
-
Not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment: We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions, and our work does not replace licensed psychotherapy or psychiatric care.
Where appropriate, we may recommend additional professional support outside our scope.
Touch: When It Is Offered & When It Is Not
Touch, when included, is always intentional, consent-based, and context-specific.
-
Touch is never sexualised, performative, or goal-oriented.
-
Any touch offered is for educational, grounding, or therapeutic support purposes only.
-
Touch practices are discussed in advance, with clear options to participate or opt out.
-
In group settings, all touch exercises are structured, facilitated, and bounded.
There is no expectation of nudity, sexual interaction, or intimacy between participants or facilitators.
Our Professional Scope
We work with individuals and couples who are emotionally resourced, self-responsible, and seeking conscious relational growth.
We do not work with:
-
People seeking sexual services, erotic entertainment, or casual sexual experiences
-
Individuals in acute psychological crisis
-
Anyone unwilling to engage with clear boundaries, consent, and mutual respect
Our commitment is to integrity, safety, confidentiality, and ethical practice — for our clients and ourselves.
A Final Note
This work is deeply personal and can be transformative. It is also approached with care, maturity, and respect. We invite those who feel a genuine resonance with our values, boundaries, and approach to reach out and begin a conversation.
